August Hanniball, Mayor of TeaneckAugust Hanniball Jr., Mayor of Teaneck, N. J., died yesterday morning in New York Hospital of a coronary thrombosis. He was 63 years old and lived at 1299 Dickerson Road in Teaneck. Mr. Hanniball was president of Bergen County Exposition, Inc., promoter of home shows. He devoted a large part of his life to military and veterans' affairs. He served in the Army during both World Wars, as a lieutenant in the first and as a captain in the second. At his death he was a captain in the Active Army Reserve, Military Government section. He was a former State Commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and was active in the Teaneck Post of the American Legion. He was also a Mason and an Elk. Surviving are his widow; a son, Capt. August Hanniball of the Air Force, who is on duty in England; a daughter, Mrs. Lenora B. Lauer of Emerson, N. J., and a brother, Herman of Sussex, N. J. |
