RESOLVED at the December meeting to appoint a special committee to present to the people of Teaneck an historical sketch, a financial statement of the Shingle Fund and a declaration of the aims of this Association. Also to arrange an invitation entertainment as an expression of the appreciation felt by the Company for the hearty support furnished in times of need.

In accordance with this resolution the Committee, consisting of R. W. Van Deerlin (Chairman), J. R. Lagerquist, W.D. Boggs, K. V. Ridley and H.W. Gerrans, decided to give this Souvenir Program and an entertainment on Saturday, January 20, 1912. It extends its thanks to Mr. Veuve and others for their assistance.
