SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN
A LIBRARY CARD
(effective Dec. 14. 2000)

Adult patrons must present either:

• a current New Jersey Driver's License showing street address:

or

• a Bergen County photo ID card

or two of the Following:

• deed.
• mortgage statement
• town tax bill
• lease
• PSE&G bill
• water bill
• letter from shelter and/or affidavit of landlord

Minors without a driver's license may present school ID showing their home address, their most recent report card or progress report showing their home address or have a parent present ID as listed above.

Note: Library cards are not issued, replaced, nor renewed on Sundays.
